The San Jose Conservation Corps and Charter School is proud to present the opening of the San Jose Conservation Corps Day Care Program which has been designed to offer teenage parents the opportunity to succeed by offering two key fundamentals: a quality education and quality child care. At the San Jose Conservation Corps and Charter School, teenage parents will be able to thrive as they work diligently to complete their high school education all the while knowing their child is in good hands…just a few feet away.

The San Jose Conservation Corps Day Care Program believes there is a critical need to support teenage parents during the most crucial point in their lives. For this very reason, SJCC&CS and San Juan Bautista Child Development Center have partnered up to provide child care to the most vulnerable young men and women. The San Jose Conservation Corps Day Care program provides a nurturing and a safe environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool. Young parents know that their child is safe in the hands of experts while they are at work or at school.

This is an excellent opportunity for parents to get a high school diploma and have their children thrive at the same time. Our Charter Academy will prepare high school students with a quality education. San Juan Bautista will nurture their children’s young minds so they receive age-appropriate curriculum and wholesome meals and snacks that will nourish growing bodies and encourage healthy eating habits.

Our goal is for our students to be stress free and focus on their education, life skills, attain a high school diploma and work experience skills preparing them for college or a job so they become successful parents.
