The San Jose Conservation Corps & Charter School has provided education and training to our local workforce for the past 23years. The “Corps” has trained over 18,500 young women and men to enter the workforce. Last year, we graduated over 400 students with a high school diploma.

Our hope is that even in this economy, you may be looking for a few entry level employees. Through our programs: Environmental Projects, Recycling, and YouthBuild, we teach our students numerous skills and most importantly the work ethic. Through our Charter School, we enable them to get their high school diploma, prepare them with leadership skills, and basic essentials such as driver licenses. After graduating, these young men and women are ready to enter employment in areas such as landscaping, construction, recycling, driving, office support, and much more!
